Kelly O’Horo, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor and EMDRIA Approved Trainer and Consultant, Trained Certified Daring Way Facilitator and the Founder of Infinite Healing & Wellness and Infinite Learning. With over 15 years of clinical experience and more than two decades of teaching and presenting, Kelly is known for delivering engaging, accessible, and deeply human learning experiences that bridge science, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
Kelly specializes in trauma, attachment, dissociation, and EMDR therapy across the lifespan. She has served as faculty for the EMDR Institute, the EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Program, and the Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy, and now delivers EMDRIA approved basic and advanced trainings through her own programs. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice, relational attunement, and a belief that sustainable change occurs when people feel both challenged and supported.
In addition to her trauma expertise, Kelly is a Daring Way Trained Facilitator and has delivered workshops based on Dr. Brené Brown’s research to both large and small groups for many years. Her presentations frequently integrate core concepts such as daring leadership, courage, vulnerability, and shame resilience, helping individuals and organizations build cultures of trust, accountability, and wholehearted engagement.
A former public-school educator, Kelly brings a dynamic and relatable teaching style that resonates with clinicians, corporate teams, educators, first responders, and leadership groups. She has presented at national and state conferences, school districts, fire and police departments, and has served as a university commencement keynote speaker. Her presentations are consistently praised for being practical, emotionally intelligent, and immediately applicable.
Kelly is also the host of the podcast Adaptable: Behavior Explained, where she explores trauma, leadership, relationships, nervous system regulation, and sustainable growth.
